Where we keep your information

undefined

When you’re 13 to 19:

We keep your information on a computer database, which only trained Connexions staff can look at.

When you’re over 20:

We archive your information - this means we take it out of our database and store it securely. When information’s archived, PAs can’t see it. Only our Data Protection Officer can give someone permission to look at it. Archived information is usually deleted after 3 years.

If you’re helped by a PA for young people with additional needs:

Your information stays in our database for longer; Connexions will keep working with you until your 25th birthday.
