Your Information, Your Rights

You can see your information

You have the right to see all the information we keep about you-just ask your PA.

If you want your own copy of the information we keep, you need to send us a letter. (You can ask your PA for help with this, or you can download the example letter from the menu on the right.) In your letter you should tell usundefined

  • your name
  • your date of birth
  • your address and postcode
  • the last school you attended
  • the year you left school (if you've left already).

Send your letter to Data Protection Officer, Connexions Norfolk, Norwich City Football, Club, Carrow Road, Norwich NR1 1HU.

Once we've got your letter, we'll give you a copy of your information within 40 days.

You can ask us not to keep information

You can ask us to stop keeping your information. You have the right to do this-but if you do, we may not be able to give you as much support as other young people get.

If we don't keep information about you, you may not

  • get as much help from your PA
  • get information about training and job vacancies from us
  • be able to apply for courses and training on our help you choose website.

Your PA can tell you more about this. They can also help you to arrange this.
