Mental health

Picture of group of young people standing next to a wallDid you know that 1 in 4 people have a mental health problem at some time in their lives? There's nothing unusual about it – and there's lots of support out there if you are having problems.

The best thing you can do is talk to someone. Try one of the people suggested on this page.

There are also a few good websites about mental health you can look at. Some of the best ones are listed to the right of this page. Try the YoungMinds website.
