Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI)

Sexually Transmitted Infections

  • The best place to go if you think you have an STI is a genito-urinary clinic (GUM).
  • Not all STIs can be cured.*
  • All STIs can be treated though.
  • STIs don’t go away on their own so don’t leave them to fester!
  • The chances of your next sexual partner having chlamydia is 1 in 10.
  • If you already have a sexually transmitted infection it makes it even easier to get another one.
