A group of 14 young people in Norfolk have come up with a brand for Norfolk and Waveney NHS's new Chlamydia screening campaign - its called 'KiWi'. We need YOU to tell us what you think of it and to help us choose a logo for it by filling in a quick survey (link at bottom).
  • Chlamydia is a very common sexually transmitted infection amongst young people under the age of 25.
  • There are often no symptoms so people don’t know they’ve got it.
  • There is a simple test/screen to find out if someone has chlamydia and the treatment is easy and effective.
  • A local programme here in Norfolk and Waveney offers free confidential screens to young people but it needs to be advertised better so everybody knows about it.
The Programme Team is looking to
  • Launch a website (so people can get information and order a DIY screening kits amongst other things)
  • Produce merchandise like drinks mats, key fobs, condom holders, luggage labels and leaflets.

As part of a Young Enterprise project, a group of 14 young people from

Norfolk have come up some ideas for a brand (or logo), which could go on the website and the merchandise. It would be used on its own and nothing will say it means chlamydia screening or sexual health, but it will be publicised so that young people recognise the name.
